Freehand Chicago Hotel

We had 2 days in Chicago, spending our time here lovely. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was individual throughout the hotel.

Quirky hotel, the staff were all attentive and decent and the location was fantastic near restaurants and stores. The room was well-appointed and brand-new, included with bathroom and sofas, as example.

Appreciated my great stay for a long time. Everything was great, compact and quiet room with a bathroom.

Some people working there were very unwelcoming.

Lively venue, great bar area, decent location close to the metro.

We liked this hotel's location and rooms. The restaurant was nice on first floor, we ordered excellent dishes.

Quick breakfast, clean hotel, exceptional location close to the Pier. Well-organised room, brand-new, lively staff.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had fantastic location and staff. The hotel room was spotless with nice bathroom. Lots of options for breakfast including cereals, toast, yogurt, milk and jam.

My ac did not work.

I appreciated my stay here. Boutique style hotel, terrific for one night. The location was perfect, next to London Guarantee Building. There was an excellent restaurant relatively close to the venue. The breakfast food including fruit, cereal, toast, milk and butter was excellent.

It has great location and rooms for a fine stay for a quite lıng time.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was above average. The room was well-appointed and I liked that it had an amazing bathroom. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Kind staff, comfortable bed and reasonably large bathroom. Its location was comfy one block from subway. I loved that the room was well managed and warm. They made my stay very very good. The continental breakfast offered plenty of food, something for everyone's taste: )

It is majestic hotel, I loved magnificent location and perfectly appointed rooms. Good priced property with a flawless service. There's great parking available and reliable internet too.

Historic building, adequate rooms and terrific restaurant. Hotel staff were happy to help and hugely helpful. There was plenty of great meals. Near a wonderful beach. Personalized service everywhere too. I had a splendid stay at this magical property.

Absolutely excellent staff & interesting hotel. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise. We loved the size of the room - exceptionally clean, plus it was beautifully decorated. Prime location to a public park. Moreover, the area was very secure...

Overall a quite comfortable stay, good value. We loved our simply decorated rooms and the staff was obliging. Amazing breakfast, perfect service. The location was absolutely incredible, at a short distance from a fancy high-rise mall.

The hostel seems like an easy base for short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs bar.

near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. location not too far from grand subway. the café bar was nice. hotel was very clean. our stay was good value.

Our hotel was in a GOOD location, very close to a bus stop. A room with a shower cabin.

The convenience of getting to navy pier and being next to magnificent mile. The in-house bar was available on the premises. Downtown Chicago district won't disappoint you.
